I AM JUST PLUMB TIRED!

From Kardashians to Kegels

“Why do I always take the road less traveled?” said my best friend from high school on a recent SKYPE call.  “Yes, I know how you feel” I concurred.  Thinking about my own journey and my ‘less traveled road’ and how challenging yet rewarding it can be to blaze your own trail.  Not to mention what you learn and who you can help.

Laurie has declined a job offer as an assistant in a Medical Clinic  which makes her feel ‘blah’ everyday.  She has decided to try something completely new and follow her dreams.

After many years of taking care of patients, a husband and 3 kids whom are all gone now, who is Laurie?

Integrating what she learned about her body helped her to be able to make the changes necessary to go to Aesthetician School.

Although, she is not completely sure how she will financially manage this transition except for a few ideas up her sleeve and a renewed sense of confidence.  She still beams “Isn’t life about the journey? I haven’t felt this good in years!”

Oh…the excitement the thrill, the anxious hesitation of it all.

Brava Reggazza! I shouted for joy, which means ‘good girl’ in Italian.

I have been coaching Laurie for the past 3 years.   She has found and tapped into her self-healing mechanisms.

She no longer leaks when she laughs, her bum is perky and her low belly pooch has disappeared.

The best part is that she exudes confidence, and moves with effortless grace and enthusiasm.

Now she waits to meet the man who will experience the new and improved grip she has on him…if ya know what I mean. 🙄 😆

Laurie has discovered her pelvic floor and has unleashed the beautiful and relentless spirit waiting to be free.  She has found the place where all movement begins.

She has changed.  I saw it. I felt it.  There before me was the youthfulness in Laurie I once remembered.  The energetic and fearless woman I once knew.

Laurie’s journey is much like our own when we’re over 40.  What’s next? Where do we go from here?

Many of us think life is over at 40, but it is just the beginning to total womanhood.

Our job at this time is to bring our life experiences, fullness and richness to create an amazing second chapter of our lives.

We now have more resources, knowledge and intellect to be able to manifest our dreams and keep the fire going at any age and stage of life.

A total woman is about everything. What you look like, what you feel like, what you function like. Never losing your independence and being a person of value and worth, that’s what a total woman is all about.

Now that I know this in every inch of my being, gone are the days of running circles around my circles.

Laurie’s journey reminds me of my own.

I was also tired of being tired.

It’s like trying to keep up with the Joneses, or today the Kardashians.

I looked for the latest and greatest fitness regime and de-wrinkle  injection systems available and the kegels weren’t even cutting it anymore!  Everything seemed to fall and diminish faster and faster.

Between the Kardashians and kegels, I was pooped!

I found out there was an easier way not a quick fix by any means but the most efficient, rewarding and healthful way of living life to its fullest.

The pelvic floor was key, as I noticed my own self-healing mechanisms starting to kick in.

I coached Laurie on how to activate her self-healing mechanisms, and her hormone health has kicked in full throttle.

No hormones replacements, pills, pads or injections. Less leaking, better sex, more balance and independence.  Flatter tummy, perky bum, and best of all a return to passion!

I no longer think of menopause as the utter end of my life.

I eagerly tried to avoid this menopause stage that represents demise of womanhood.  I had a visual of leaves falling off a dead tree spiraling downward deep into the dark black hole never to feel good or see the light again!

Not anymore.

I know now, how to have great sex and how to jump on a trampoline without leaking. I now know how to project vitality, confidence and inner beauty and actually look forward to the rest of my life!

Laurie and I have journeyed to the center of our core, won’t you join us?

The place where movement begins, passion lives and love never ends!
