Yeah, I know, I'm sexist, but here's the thing: as a part-time Kung Fu instructor, I immediately saw the benefits Kathleen's video brings out with proper breathing & excellent body form.
Additionally, the work out is superior to most programs as I found myself amazed how quickly I felt a "burn" in areas I have failed to successfully and consistently work out with martial arts.
I will be adding Kathleen's instruction to my weekly Kung Fu classes and work out. It really is that good. I also enjoyed the humor, sparkling personality and banter between Chef Cathleen and "Pags."

"Several years ago, my husband, a surgeon, suffered acute numbness in his arm and hand; he was diagnosed with osteoporosis and degenerative disc disease; his choices for improvement were surgery, pain management and rehab-the first two were not acceptable for a busy surgeon, so he decided to try rehab; it was a 3 week course of show and tell.

Thanks for your help in getting my “core” stronger Kathleen.
After just a few skype sessions I’ve noticed a great difference in

I am 65. No spring chickens in this group. The ladies were complaining about getting so tired during our services and needing or wanting to sit down and rest.
I can honestly say that I don’t feel that way at all, and I attribute it to Pilates and the core training that Kathleen has us do.
